These days, IT modernization is a significant priority for government. From advancing CX to leveraging data-driven solutions for best supporting the mission, IT transformation is paramount.

This is why Makpar is proud to share its success in helping a government customer to process vast amounts of electronic information exchanges between external trading partners.

Having more than 130,000 external trading partners and 1.2 million files that are currently processed, the agency needed a significant IT upgrade to handle more than over 5.6 million files. Congressional mandates also drove the need for this comprehensive IT modernization effort.

As a result, Makpar worked directly with the customer to enhance the mission-critical Document Submission Process application to align with the agency’s overall IT modernization program goals.
