Remote, but Still Connected

Although we’re a remote company with folks around the country, we stay connected to each other the best ways we know how. We have quarterly all-hands events that gets the entire company together. Annually, we organize an in-person company party that gets everyone together to mingle in person. And aside from that, each team has daily + weekly touch points to make sure everyone stays connected. Teams also have budgets for bonding outings on their own terms!

Employee Engagement is a Top Priority

We want to build our growing company with people who are engaged and want to contribute to Makpar’s growth. We regularly recognize employees through shout outs, core value awards, and more. Throughout the year, we hold employee contests which gives everyone a chance to get to know each other better, get their competitive spirit going, and win fun prizes. Monthly Knowledge Share

You’ll always know what leadership and other teams are up to at Makpar. We don’t believe in silo’d work streams. At the end of each month, we host a new Knowledge Share. We’ll have employees from different parts of the company share their expertise – whether that’s threat-modeling cybersecurity protocol, marketing best practices, or our annual goals session which aligns the whole company.
