Although we’re a remote company with folks around the country, we stay connected to each other the best ways we know how. We have quarterly all-hands events that gets the entire company together. Annually, we organize an in-person company party that gets everyone together to mingle in person. And aside from that, each team has daily + weekly touch points to make sure everyone stays connected. Teams also have budgets for bonding outings on their own terms!
