Makpar’s Employee Awards Reflect Key Values of Dedication, Community and Customer Satisfaction

Each quarter, Makpar gathers all of its employees together to share key updates around everything from new business opportunities and HR to innovation developments to even guided meditations.

 

One area of these all-hands meets that’s worthy of a blog spotlight is the employee awards program. As a small business, every Makpar employee has the opportunity to truly shine in everything that they do – whether it's supporting customers or the community.

 

This quarter the award winners certainly went above and beyond. Here’s a rundown of the winners:

The “On It” Award:

Rhonda Burton, a recruiter at Makpar, received the “On It” award for driving all of the company’s recruitment efforts, which has been foundational for bringing on the right talent to meet government mission needs.

The “Customer Delight” Award:

Anil Chopra, Sr. Business Requirements Analyst at Makpar, received the “Customer Delight” award for going above and beyond on the IRS EA3 project and continually making sure that the customer is happy.

The “Calm Execution” Award:

The “Uplifting Communities” Award:

Peter Cofrancesco, Innovation Engineer at Makpar, received the “Uplifting Communities” award for driving success at the Makpar Innovation Lab, and being an inspiration for the entire team.
