Employee Spotlight: Vitaly Gorsky, Senior Data Analyst
What’s your background before joining us?
After 16 years in the IT field, I joined Makpar in 2016 as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. Fun fact: I was Makpar’s first hire.
How has your experience at Makpar been?
With support from Mushtaq and our great team, I was able to learn about eAuth, pick up new skills and adapt quickly." Vitaly quickly learned to work with Splunk and became the point of contact across all teams within the eAuth project. He set up all the monitoring techniques, dashboards, and reports with help from our Accenture partner. He's been working with Splunk ever since and has now trained two more people in the tool.
What drew you to Makpar originally?
I was looking for a new job and got an email from Mushtaq. We spoke and hit it off. I admire how Mushtaq just goes for what he needs and he liked the way he described the Makpar culture as one where everyone just rolls up their sleeves and does the work. Now after four years, I love working with the Makpar team.
Advice to new Makpar employees?
You have to be a team player. The team is great at Makpar. I've worked quite a few places. I like Makpar the best so far.
