Makpar’s updated roadmap is built around a capability led strategy. This means focusing our efforts on core service areas that are repeatable, scalable, and directly relevant to the needs of our government customers. As such, we are aligning around three core strengths: cloud optimized engineering, decision intelligence, and cyber resilience.
These capabilities reflect what agencies want and need. From modernizing aging systems and reducing fraud to enabling secure digital services and making better use of data, our strategy is designed to support both near term goals and long-term transformation.
Innovation Rooted in Strategy
Innovation at Makpar is not a separate initiative. It is an essential part of our technology strategy and is actively driven by our innovation lab. We focus on creating solutions that solve real problems and are grounded in practical use cases.
For example, we are currently developing a digital identity solution that brings together FinOps, Zero Trust, and cloud native architecture. This effort supports several federal priorities, including fraud prevention, secure self-service, and better access to digital services.
Our goal is to create reference architectures and minimum viable products that can be reused and scaled across agencies.
Building Capabilities That Deliver
To ensure consistent and measurable progress, each of our 16 core capability areas is mapped to a three-level maturity model. This structure allows us to track how we are building foundational knowledge, operationalizing tools, and optimizing delivery. It also informs our internal training plans and helps us identify which partnerships and technologies will support our future growth.
We are also expanding our vendor relationships to support this work. From evaluating low code platforms to strengthening our partnerships with cloud providers, we are making sure that our technology investments align with real agency needs and open new doors for collaboration and delivery.
