The 2024 Makpar Core Value Awards Winners Shining Bright

The recent Makpar Summer 2024 All-Hands reinforced the company’s family-like culture, where we bestowed our Bi-Annual Core Value Awards to those employees who have truly shined bright.

  • The “Customer Delight” Award Winner:  

  • Jessica Volt, User Experience Designer at Makpar, won this illustrious award for receiving kudos from one of our customers for her design work, approach to problem-solving and consistent professionalism. 

  • The “Calm Execution” Award Winner:  

  • Alex Spithas, Director of Project Integration at Makpar, consistently takes a calm approach to execution, which led to great work outcomes including a new branch at one of our customers. In addition to fostering a deep connection with the new customer team, he helps to support our proposal solutions, and brings deep AI-use case knowledge. 

  • The “On It!” Award Winner:  

  • Ahmad Al Alousi, Senior Automation Engineer at Makpar, has gained a reputation for always being “on it” when it comes to tackling any work challenge. In particular, he has shined by always adding value by being a driving force for customers and proposal development. 

  • The “Uplifting Communities” Award Winner: 

  • Chris Nesbitt, DevSecOps Engineer at Makpar, always has a positive attitude when supporting the overall team, particularly when it comes to proposal development, where he brings great technical approaches.
