Earlier this year, members of Makpar’s delivery and growth teams came together for Makpar Momentum 2026, our annual opportunity to step away from the day to day and focus on company strategy, collaboration, growth and the employee experience.

Held March 2nd to March 4th, the event included strategy sessions, team building and plenty of conversations about what Makpar is seeing on the ground with federal customers and how we can continue finding better ways to solve their challenges.

While everyone was together, we also asked members of the Makpar team to share their perspectives on the company, our customers and the culture behind our work. Their answers offer a glimpse into what Makpar Momentum is really all about.

Putting the Customer at the Center

Program Manager Allen Pinkleton sees Makpar’s commitment to customers and employees reflected in the work our teams deliver every day. He shares how that culture helps Makpar employees become trusted members of the customer team, bringing judgment, collaboration and a genuine commitment to the mission.

Cybersecurity Engineer Amadi Ramos talks about the camaraderie that develops when people work together over time and how that rapport carries over into client delivery. For Amadi, feeling valued as a person also provides added motivation to deliver his best work for Makpar customers.

Marketing Director Fareeha Khan shares how Makpar teams continually look for opportunities to solve customer pain points, whether through automation, new dashboards or other solutions. Makpar Momentum provides another opportunity for growth and delivery teams to share what they’re learning from customers and put that knowledge to work.

VP of Customer Success Keith Johnson explains why federal agencies can look to Makpar as a trusted partner, with teams focused on delivering on time and on budget while continually looking for ways to exceed customer expectations.

Delivering With Experience and Expertise

IRS Program Manager Megan Pruitt discusses how years of experience and deep customer knowledge help her team deliver high-quality work efficiently and transparently. One of the best compliments she can receive from a customer is also one of the simplest: when something is handed to her team, they know it’s taken care of.

Senior Director of Delivery Operations Dan Montagna shares how Makpar’s culture and commitment to doing good for federal customers translate into delivery excellence. Across projects large and small, the focus remains on bringing expertise and efficiency to complex customer challenges.

Director of Project Integration Alexander Spithas discusses how Makpar is bringing AI, cybersecurity and digital identity together to address complex federal challenges. That work includes exploring how emerging technologies can work together to advance Zero Trust and help customers prepare for what’s next.

IRS Program Lead Glen Sitton explains how Makpar puts security at the forefront of federal cloud implementations. He also shares what good service delivery looks like in practice, from responding quickly when urgent issues arise to helping customers manage the continuous change that comes with cloud environments.

Building a Culture Where People Can Grow

Senior Systems Administrator Anthony Ford describes the family atmosphere he has experienced at Makpar and the effort the company makes to keep remote employees connected. He also points to work life balance and professional growth as important parts of a culture that values employees beyond the work they deliver.

Proposal Writer Ann Swinderman shares how working at Makpar has given her opportunities to continually learn about areas including AI and ICAM while working alongside technical experts across the federal market. For Ann, that ability to keep learning and growing is one of the things that makes Makpar a rewarding place to work.

Carrying the Momentum Forward

The conversations at Makpar Momentum 2026 covered a lot of ground, but the perspectives from our team point to a common thread. Strong federal IT delivery depends on people who understand the customer, collaborate across disciplines and bring both technical expertise and a commitment to solving the mission challenges in front of them.

Makpar Momentum gives our teams dedicated time to strengthen those connections and exchange what they are learning across programs. The ideas don’t end when the event does. They carry back into our work with customers and help shape how Makpar continues to grow, innovate and deliver.
